At Pontardawe Leisure Centre we have a superb top quality Bowls Arena with 6 rinks. It is one of the finest Indoor Bowling Arenas in Wales, hosting the WIBA (Welsh Indoor Bowling Association) Championships in April 2014.
The Arena is the home of Pontardawe Indoor Bowling Club (PIBC), who organize competitive bowling leagues and knock-out competitions throughout the autumn/winter season i.e. September to March.
The other Social Bowling Club that use the Pontardawe Arena as their base, are the Tawe Bowlers they organize games every Monday and Thursday morning throughout the year.
